The evening will include a few special dishes plated in view of our guest to see the process behind Dominic's artistry. Dominic draws his inspiration from nature - from a simple stone to a leaf blowing in the wind. Dominic is highly in tune with the natural landscape and the produce that comes from all elements of our country.
Each course will be masterfully matched and explained by David Clouston, the founder of Two Rivers wines. Energetic and talented, his experience, hard-earned over 30 vintages worldwide, is the driving force behind Two Rivers.
After dinner, we invite all our guests to mix and mingle and to enjoy some of their favourite wines from the degustation.
