Reset Retreat at Te Karaka Lodge
In September we hosted our first (of many) Reset Retreat with The Reset Coach. It was a 2-day retreat focusing on proactively looking after your body and mind in today’s busy and stressful modern life. Our guests had a wonderful time enjoying the interactive retreat programme as well as the luxurious yet approachable facilities and services of Te Karaka Station & Lodge.
Please see the highlights from the retreat below.
The Reset Coach:Reset, Gain Control & Prevent Burnout
We might like to think of ourselves as invincible, but none of us are. Even the most resilient among us will succumb if stress gets too great and self-care is overlooked. In today's fast-paced world, burnout is becoming far too common. Feeling Overwhelmed? Burned Out? Lacking purpose or balance? The Reset Coach is FOR YOU.
A morning body flow class with a view
The Reset Retreat enhances self-awareness and pinpoints areas of imbalance. It addresses key facets of wellbeing and, more crucially, identifies barriers to achieving wellbeing objectives. Participants will depart with actionable strategies for managing stress, a clear vision of what a meaningful life looks like for them, and an understanding of health and wellbeing, along with a structured plan to reach their wellbeing goals.

The Reset Retreat is a proactive approach to preventing burnout and managing stress effectively. Giving you the skills to thrive, rather than simply survive.
The retreat came with full catering from our on-site Head Chef Franz. Franz is a brilliant chef who believes that a healthy gut is essential for a healthy mind. Our guests surely enjoyed a retreat for their gut health as well as their mental health.
Te Karaka Station & Lodge offers modern stylish accommodation in either a king bed or twin configuration.
The attendees of the Sept Reset Retreat spent a rewarding and recharging weekend with the marvellous Reset Coach Jo and with the team at Te Karaka Station & Lodge.
We look forward to welcoming future guests to the Reset Retreat at the lodge.
