This means your team has unrestricted access to all the amenities without sharing them with other guests, with the remote location, privacy and confidentiality will be well looked after. When you book the entire lodge for your retreat, we can tailor the schedule, meals, and activities to meet the specific needs of your team. Whether you want to focus on intensive strategy sessions and reward the team with a 3-course fine dining experience at the end of the day; or relaxation, some team building activities, yoga and meditation workshops weaved in with delicate morning and afternoon teas, capanies and bubbles throughout the day; or a mix of both, our lodge managers can work it out with you.

We have planted 100 hectares of mānuka bushes and native bushes on our working lamb and beef farm Te Karaka Station, as well as the surrounding area of the lodge. We have set up our composting system with the help of Carbon Cycle Composting Company and more importantly, we are committed to focusing on reducing waste across our operation and working consciously with brands, suppliers and clients who prioritise sustainabilities and the well-being of our people and society.
